separation, especially in applications requiring high
strength and resistance to abrasive or alkaline

- Housing / Vessel: Usually Stainless Steel (SS304 / SS316)
- Filter Plates (Discs): Circular plates stacked on a central shaft
- Filter Media: Nylon mesh or nylon filter cloth fitted on each plate
- Support Structure: Heavy-duty frame for alignment and stability
- Inlet & Outlet: For slurry input and filtrate output
- Sealing System: Rubber/PTFE gaskets for leak-proof operation
- Pump: External pump to maintain pressure filtration
