A polyester sparkler filter is a pressure-type filtration
system that uses polyester filter media (cloth or pads)
mounted on multiple plates to achieve fine clarification
of liquids, allowing clean filtrate to pass while retaining
suspended particles.

Construction
- Housing / Vessel: Typically Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316) or MS
- Filter Plates (Discs): Circular plates arranged on a central shaft
- Filter Media: Polyester cloth or filter pads fitted on each plate
- Support Structure: Rigid frame for plate alignment
- Inlet & Outlet: For slurry entry and filtrate discharge
- Sealing System: Rubber/PTFE gaskets for leak-proof operation
- Pump: External pump to create filtration pressure
