Polypropylene Sparkler Filter
A Polypropylene sparkler filter is a pressure-based
filtration system constructed using polypropylene
material, designed for fine clarification of liquids,
especially in corrosive chemical environments,
where it removes suspended impurities using filter
plates fitted with filter media.

- Body / Housing: Made from Polypropylene (PP) for high chemical resistance
- Filter Plates (Discs): PP plates mounted on a central shaft
- Filter Media: Filter sheets, pads, or cloth placed on plates
- Support Structure: MS/SS frame for strength (in some models)
- Inlet & Outlet Connections: For slurry entry and filtrate exit
- Sealing System: PP-compatible gaskets to prevent leakage
- Pump Connection: External pump for pressure filtration
